How To Rock The Leopard Print Shoes.

The Leopard print shoes have been around for a long time, and they quickly add a dash of personality to your look. But.... they don't go with everything.
The good news is, when you get it right, you get that dramatic, sexy look!

Tip: Unless you're a real fashion daredevil, you want to avoid wearing other prints with leopard print shoes. Since leopard prints are bold, you need balance with a strong (not boring) colour.

Here are a few ways to own the look!
1. Black combination. Can be worn with black dresses, pants or skirt. Black emphasizes the lighter tones in traditional leopard print patterns. Easy!

2. With red. If your goal is to stop traffic, the solution is simple: Pair a bright red dress with leopard print shoes!

3. Denim. Its the easiest way to rock this look. Casual or dressy, throw on some jeans with leopard print shoes and you're ready to go.

4. With a plain colour. Green and brown usually make it pop.

5. Mix and match. Mixing the leopard print shoes works best with neutral colours when mixing. If you're going for print, keep it simple or go for lace..

So do you own a pair already?
What do you think about the look??

6 things Men need to hear from their women always! read more

During the course of my relationship with my husband, one thing has remained consistent – the power of encouraging words.  No matter where a couple is on their relationship journey, words matter–a lot.  And, from experience, I know that the words a woman says to her man matter more than she knows.  It seems like men often get a bad rep for not using their words enough to express themselves, but I have learned that even if this holds true for some men (it certainly does for my husband), it doesn’t mean that the words spoken to them don’t have a significant impact on their ability to be their best.
Here are five men who know a thing or two about expressing themselves with words, and they are making a meaningful impact on the world through their work.  Striving to be great dads and husbands, these dad bloggers are ready to give props to the women who stand behind them with consistent love and support. Here’s what these men’s wives say to them to offer up inspiration and encouragement.

“God is blessing your hard work.”
Physical touch is my love language, so her touch is most encouraging to me.  Every now and then she will say something like, “you are doing it, Babe!” “God is blessing your hard work!” or “I’m proud of you!” But she knows my love language, and what encourages me the most.  And that is when she walks up and wraps her arms around my waste, hugs me tight, and prays for me.  I can take on the world after that!

“You know this tech/business/whatever stuff like the back of your hand.”

It’s very empowering to have a person believe in you before you believed in yourself. From the first time we met in college up until now, Alondra has repeatedly reminded me of the potential that I have and makes sure to express her support of all the things I do. “You know this tech stuff like the back of your hand. What you need to do is find somebody else (besides me) to talk all techie to!” So in a way, her words encouraged, inspired, and nagged, I mean, strongly urged me to start blogging.

“I’m proud of you.”

My wife, Tiffini , is my number one fan and I love her for it. She gives me the support I need mentally and emotionally, but there is nothing like hearing her say certain things that help keep me motivated. The things she says aren’t profound, but they are meaningful and they make me want to continue to do great things. One thing she says is “Being your wife makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world!” That appreciation makes me want get up every morning just for her! Another thing she says is “I’m proud of you.”

“I have your back”

The thing that my wife says that encourages me the most is when she continually lets me know that I’m the head of the household and that she has my back. I’ve seen more than enough marriages where whoever makes the most money is considered the “head of the household” or “the one in charge.” My wife has always made more money than me but I’ve never felt like any less of a man or that I wasn’t the head of my house and I love her for that.

“I believe in you.” The most important thing my wife says to me is “I believe in you.’” No matter how crazy my dreams and aspirations are, my wife always expresses her confidence in me. Her words of encouragement give me the fuel I need to achieve greatness in my marriage, family, and business.

5 things men do that scare women away:Read more

There’s a bunch of guys who believe that smothering a woman is the way to go about love.  They call you 500 times a day, send you kisses and smileys every hour, hold you so tight until you can’t breathe, insist on celebrating Valentine’s day even though they know that day disgusts you, want to spend every waking hour with you…so annoying! Such guys always end up getting dumped and then wonder why they are so unlucky in love.

If you’ve noticed a trend in your love life where after a couple of dates the woman you like stops picking your calls and wants nothing to do with you… then there are a couple of things you may want to change.

According to Askmen.com, here are a couple of things you may want to stop doing because they scare women away.

#1)  Being too easy to please. Obviously, women love compliments.  But when you throw out too many early on, she’s just going to think you’re insincere.

#2)  Being too focused on sex. She already KNOWS you want to do her.  So if you rush things, or guilt-trip her into sex, she’s not going to put out . . . and she’ll question your intentions.

#3)  Being possessive too soon.  Don’t get jealous when she hangs out with her guy friends, or spends more time with her girlfriends than you.  And if you DO get jealous, at least ACT like you know she’s entitled to have her own life.

#4)  Being cheap. Women are drawn to men who can protect and provide for them.  It’s fine to split every third or fourth date, but making her pay too early sends the signal that you’re not the sort of guy she can have a future with.

#5)  Talking about exes. No woman wants to hear about your ex.  And it doesn’t matter whether you’re saying good things or bad things.  Either way, it shows you have too much baggage.

Who pays the bills in marriage and relationships read more

FINANCE IN R/SHIPS AND MARRIAGE,who is supposed to pay the bills??? Not long ago I was watching an episode of Dr. Phil where he discussed ways a woman can tell a good guy from a bad guy. One woman on the show shared how she felt totally betrayed when a man she had been dating suddenly left her after she bought him a new truck, paid his bills and basically took care of him financially. He asked her if she learned her lesson and if she’d ever do all of that ever again for a man. When she said that she definitely learned from the situation, he said “Well, then consider that tuition for the lesson learns and the education you received.” I had never heard it put that way, but I get it.

She paid a steep price, but there are so many men and women out there who give and then get taken advantage of, or who feel they have to buy someone’s love because they don’t feel worthy all on their own. But other times, the lines are blurred when in a relationship when it comes to how much you should support someone. I mean, what if your partner simply needs your help? It got me to wondering, “Is it ever okay for a man and woman to mix finances while dating?”

I don’t think there’s a yes or no answer to this; instead, it seems to be one that is based on individual circumstances. I think it depends on what stage of the relationship you’re in, even though some would argue that romance and finances should be kept separate well into marriage.

I’ve never had to share my money with anyone until now since I’m newly married. In my dating life, however, there were times I’d loan money to a guy I was dating who needed a quick $20 for something and had no cash on him. Other times though, I had a strict rule about not exchanging money, especially if we hadn’t been dating that long. I can say I’ve seen women get played when it comes to money simply because they were too generous, loved too much or simply had money to give. Then there were those who wouldn’t give a man a dime to buy a stick of gum.  Were these women stingy, mean…or realistic?

Let’s face it, most women want to be with a man who can provide for her and a potential family. I don’t think that’s a secret. So if you have a man who is constantly borrowing money from you, that’s not sending a secure signal. I think in a lot of cases, it’s not about money or how much he makes, but about responsibility. To most women, a man who constantly borrows money seems irresponsible, not just broke. Because of this belief, women are now asking a man what his credit score is, not how much money he makes. A man can make a modest salary and be responsible with his money, or he can make an exceptional salary and be completely in debt. For some, relationships are serious business and if your partner in this business is irresponsible with money, it’s a business that is sure to fail.

However, it should be noted that women who only date men based on their pockets might be missing out on something. While I think it’s important to know how your partner uses and values money, I think the value of LOVE goes down when all we care about is a person’s finances. When all we care about is money, the depth and sanctity of love is tainted…even abused. I realize that the more serious the relationship gets, the more love and money are in close association.  But love shouldn’t be measured by money or material things; love should co-exist with them.

If it’s still early in the relationship, and you’re not sure what to d, keep your money separate whenever possible. I’m talking about even to the point of splitting the bill at dinner unless he says he’s treating you. I know most women don’t like to do this, but if you work on separating finances early, it’s less likely to be a sore subject later. Not all circumstances call for this, but if money is your sole motivator, then keep it separate.

Lastly, do NOT EVER co-sign for anything or buy something together – a car, a timeshare, a joint bank account…ANYTHING. Financial dependence breeds resentment and eventually hostility. Some of us are trained in this dependency role – stop it and keep your money in the bank. If you can’t take personal responsibility for your own finances, you have no business messing around in someone else’s business. Get your house in order and make sure they have their house in order too…then you can talk about inviting each other over.
